While including such a diverse range of therapeutic, coaching tools, ideas and advice, individual Slimming Support is competitively priced at £70 per 60-minute appointment, and £80 per £75-minute appointment. A few sessions might be all that's needed to set the wheels of success in motion.


N.B. Well Naturally workshops and courses are demand led, which means that you may be able to arrange a date that suits you. This works well where you are booking with a friend(s), allowing us to then promote the date to others who are interested.
